VirtualBox NAT Forwarding

It takes three lengthy commands to configure a port to be forwarded from the host machine to the guest OS in VirtualBox. Â My guess is everyone who uses VirtualBox for any length of time writes these scripts to shorten the process. Â Here are mine, in hopes it will save someone some time.
Note that these scripts only work while a VM is stopped.
