ThatÂ´s happens all the times! Especially with us that work in front of computer in the internet 12 hours per day. ItÂ´s not just their site, there too many others like this. But I have to admitt that their site is the worst!

I have always used direct bank wires to overseas countries and it works great. I would suggest you contact the owner and get specific bank information from them including the SWIFT code and try that way.
