Set up a US Paypal account 2. Set up a foreign Paypal account 3. Join US and foreign Paypal account to local bank accounts 4. Transfer money into US PP account via local bank 5. Use US account to send money to foreign PP account 6. Move money to foreign bank acct This is the easiest and cheapest way, I’ve done this going to Germany before:
